Rooney Communications LLC provides AI-powered receptionist, call-handling, and business automation services ("Services") to contracted business clients. Callers interacting with our AI receptionists are notified that they are speaking with an AI assistant.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages from us, such as confirmations and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Our Services may not be used for unlawful purposes. Call recordings and summaries are provided solely to the business client that received the call.

Services are provided "as is." Rooney Communications LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including missed or delayed messages and call summaries.
