When you call a phone number managed by Rooney Communications on behalf of one of our business clients, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, the reason for your call, and details you choose to share during the conversation (such as project information or scheduling preferences). Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide accurate summaries to the business you contacted.

When a business contracts with us, we collect business contact information for its designated staff (names, email addresses, mobile numbers) in order to deliver call summaries and operational alerts.

We use collected information solely to deliver our services: routing and summarizing calls, notifying the appropriate business staff, sending information that callers request, and providing service analytics to the business you contacted. We do not sell personal information.

When you contact us by phone, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, such as confirmations and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Call information is shared only with the business you contacted (our client) and with the service providers we use to operate our platform (telephony, transcription, and automation providers), each bound to use it only for service delivery.

We retain call records for as long as needed to provide services to our clients. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact blake@rooneycommunications.com.
